Group of 5 Advisors and Coach from north-eastern Poland who works in same company – agricultural advisory centre. Some of us are specialised in environmental protection and organic farming. We are open minded people and in our Community of Practice we will try to combine our different skills and knowledge background to find problems and solutions for Farmers in case of soil health. But also we will try to understand why biodiversity is so important.
1. To find a good practice Farm, which can be shown as an example for other farmers;
2. Cooperate with scientific units in case of defined problems;
3. Make cooperatives between farmers, advisors, and scientific units
