Razvan Popa

Fundatia ADEPT Transilvania

Răzvan Popa is a biologist, specializing in integrated rural development, biodiversity conservation, and agri-environmental policy. With over 18 years of experience at Fundația ADEPT Transilvania, he has contributed to the design of agri-environmental measures for the Romanian Ministry of Agriculture, Natura 2000 management plans, and national rural development programs. Trained in Germany in regional marketing, communication, and moderation techniques, Răzvan has experience in working with rural communities, farmers, and local authorities, promoting sustainable land management and local entrepreneurship. He speaks English and German fluently, in addition to his native Romanian.
