Description

Water management at both national and regional level is a highly topical and important issue due to the now known climatic trends caused by climate change in this years in Italy. This cop want to explore new irrigation method and technologies to help ours fruit and vegetable farmers to manage in the better mode climate changes risks, also with water storage in the basins and other interesting aspects to adapt to high temperature and less rain.

Objectives

1. Find solutions to help the progress of the new irrigation methods and technologies;
2. Help to management the water available throught water basins, considering problem also linked with low rain events, but more intensive;
3. Find new/old rootstock solutions for fruit plant with high resistance to the high temperature.
