Description

The CoP aims to explore the increase of advisory capacity to provide holistic, customer-centred advice. Our CoP, consisting of 7 consultants from the Latvian Rural Advisory office and 2 practical farmers, has chosen to work on the real case. We will come together on the farm that is representative of a typical Latvian mid-size farm to work on practical advice.

Objectives

1. Establishing high-quality, client-oriented advisory services;
2. Bring together the expertise of several specialists to understand the farmer’s needs in depth;
3. Promoting understanding of strategic development decisions;
4. Raising awareness that healthy soils are the foundation of any agricultural enterprise and are the basis of nutrient-rich food.
