Description

The primary objective of the established community of practice (CoP) is to inform and educate Serbian AKIS actors about the impact of climate change on soil and to promote the development of climate-resilient agricultural practices. To achieve these goals, it is essential to involve policymakers in addressing the effects of climate change on soil health quality, thereby linking the CoP with agricultural policymakers.

Objectives

1. Informing AKIS actors at the national level about the impact of climate change on soil health and quality.
2. Gaining insight into the general condition of agricultural soil in Serbia.
3. Educating CoP members on methods for mitigating the impacts of climate change on soil health.
4. Educating farmers on methods for mitigating the impacts of climate change on soil health.
5. Involving policymakers in addressing the impact of climate change on soil quality.
