This CoP aims to create a knowledge base that can help advisors to give farmers good recommendations on how to manage their grasslands, maintain soil health and biodiversity, produce high quality forage, choose best grazing strategy and make climate smart decisions.
At the same time create enviorment where advisors share their experiences and work on their soft skills.
1.To learn about best practices of how to manage grasslands, maintain soil health and biodiversity, produce high quality forage, choose best grazing strategy and make climate smart decisions.
2.To understand the potential of our region and define more specific farming practices that are suitable for grasslands in our region.
3.To strengthen role of the advisors by working on soft skills and creating an safe environment where advisors can share their experiences.
4. To organize knowledge exchange opportunities among advisors, farmers, researchers and/or professional organizations.
