This CoP focuses on improving economic, environmental, and social sustainability in dairy farms through smart herd management. By leveraging the Si@lleva digital system, members aim to strengthen their capacity to deliver climate smart advisory services, enhance farm performance, and support data-driven decision-making for fertility, productivity, animal welfare, and profitability.
• Improve advisor skills in using Si@lleva to deliver climate smart, data-driven recommendations.
• Develop a shared methodology for integrating fertility, welfare, emission, and productivity indicators into advisory practice.
• Test and evaluate at least one advisory tool/report (e.g., sustainability report from Stalla 4.0) across multiple farms.
• Produce one practice abstract summarizing lessons learned and advisory recommendations.
